Stack Pay provides payment processing, settlement, and related financial technology services to merchants. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice.

3. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes to your business details.

4. Prohibited activities

You may not use Stack Pay for illegal activities, fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or any business category listed in our restricted businesses policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Fees and payouts

Transaction fees are outlined on our Pricing page. Payouts are subject to our settlement schedule and may be delayed for risk review or compliance holds.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stack Pay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
